Step into an afternoon of deep self-discovery and creative expression in The Art of Intention workshop. This immersive experience is designed to help you set powerful, heart-centred intentions for the year ahead.

We’ll begin by grounding ourselves through a guided meditation, clearing the mind and opening the heart to clarity and purpose.

From there, we’ll tap into our creative flow with candle painting, a mindful activity that encourages you to express your intentions visually and energetically, all while sipping on a cup of sacred, heart-opening cacao (hot chocolate), known for its ability to enhance creativity and connect us to our inner wisdom.

Next, we’ll dive into the process of vision boarding, using imagery and words to craft a visual roadmap for your dreams and desires for the year ahead. Throughout our time together, you’ll nourish your body with wholesome snacks and calming herbal tea, keeping your energy balanced and focused.

This workshop offers a harmonious blend of meditation, creativity, and intention-setting in a supportive, nurturing environment—perfect for anyone ready to step into a new year with purpose and clarity.

Join us for a soulful experience that will leave you feeling grounded, inspired, and ready to bring your most authentic self into your reality for a year to remember.
